This Privacy Policy explains how Suner Studio LLC processes information when you use a Suner Tours guide. It applies to Suner Tours guides unless a specific guide provides a different privacy notice.

Information you provide
You can use the guide without creating an account or providing your name, email address, or other directly identifying information.
If you contact support, Suner Studio LLC processes the contact details and information you voluntarily provide to respond to your request. Support messages are sent through your email application.
Information stored on your device
Guide content, photos, maps, and legal texts are included in the app package. The app stores preferences and feature settings locally on your device, such as your selected language, favorites, reading progress, and full-access status. Information stored by these guide features is not sent to Suner Studio LLC.
Analytics and diagnostics
The guide does not use analytics or automated crash-reporting services. It does not send app usage events, screen views, advertising identifiers, installation identifiers, or diagnostic reports to Suner Studio LLC.
App stores, operating systems, and external services may process technical information independently under their own privacy practices.
App store purchases
Purchases of digital guide content are handled by the Apple App Store or Google Play. The app reads the purchase status provided by the store to unlock content or restore access and keeps the access status on your device. The app does not send your store purchase history to Suner Studio LLC and does not receive your payment card details.

Tickets and affiliate links
Where a Tickets button is available, selecting it opens the GetYourGuide website in the device's integrated browser. Ticket bookings are separate from purchases of digital guide content. Suner Studio LLC acts as an affiliate referrer and does not sell or issue tickets.
These links contain fixed affiliate and campaign identifiers that allow GetYourGuide to attribute referrals to Suner Tours. They are not unique identifiers of individual guide users. Suner Studio LLC may earn a commission on bookings and receive referral and commission reports as part of its affiliate relationship. The guide does not receive payment details entered on GetYourGuide.
When you visit or book through GetYourGuide, it may process information such as your IP address, device and browser information, pages viewed, interactions, and the contact and booking information you provide. It may also use cookies to operate its service and attribute affiliate bookings, subject to its cookie controls and applicable requirements. GetYourGuide and the relevant activity providers process information independently under their own privacy policies.

Other external websites and services
The guide may also contain links to official destination websites, maps, and other third-party services. When you choose to open those services, their own terms and privacy practices apply. Suner Studio LLC does not control their content or data processing.
Sharing of information
Suner Studio LLC does not sell personal information. Information provided to Suner Studio LLC, such as support correspondence, may be processed by service providers acting on its behalf, disclosed when required by law or to protect users or the service, or transferred as part of a legitimate business reorganization. External services you choose to use process information separately, as described above.
Data retention
Locally stored app information remains on your device until it is replaced or removed. Support correspondence and affiliate-related records are retained only for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to requests, manage the affiliate relationship, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and protect the service. External providers apply their own retention practices.
International processing
Information provided to Suner Studio LLC may be processed in countries other than the country in which you are located. Where required, appropriate measures are used to protect information transferred internationally.
Security
Suner Studio LLC uses reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information it processes. However, no electronic storage or transmission method can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
Children's privacy
Suner Studio LLC does not knowingly request personal information from children. If you believe that a child has provided personal information to Suner Studio LLC, please contact us so the situation can be reviewed. External booking services may have their own age requirements.
Your rights and choices
Depending on your location, you may have rights to request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information processed by Suner Studio LLC, or to object to or restrict certain processing.
You may submit a privacy request using the contact below. You can remove locally stored app information by clearing the app data or uninstalling the app. To manage information, cookies, or accounts held by an external provider, use that provider's privacy controls or contact it directly.
Changes to this policy
This Privacy Policy may be updated when the app, its external services, or applicable legal requirements change. Updated policies are made available on the official Suner Tours website and included in subsequent app updates.
